You can't get any HIGHER than Virgin Ame
This is true! Richard Branson can do NOTHING wrong in our eyes!! NOTHING. I just flew Virgin America (was already a member of flights across the Pond with Virgin Atlantic - A PRIMO AIRLINES, too!) -
The SERVICE and attitude was INCREDIBLE on my flight to New York from San Francisco.
I couldn't wait to call my wife when I landed.. OMG! It's amaizng. The planes are awesome! and everything works! --
But this is the kicker: The Pilot mingled with the crowd while we waited for our flight (yes, it was on time! - rare!) -->> and then came out and announced in 'Person' to the plane.. Not on some cheesy PA system that you can't hear a thing on -- but through an audible, clear system.. his own VOICE! and looking at you.. WHO DOES THIS??? No one ~~ Period.
Truly amazing -- everything went right.. Seats are very comfortable...
but wait, if you act today!!! - I know, it sounds like a commercial, but I ordered drinks, food from my own seat!!! via the electronic system! They have a name for that cafe but I forgot it.. Still recovering from the shock of great service and everything working!
So, in like THREE minutes I had my drink and snack with a smile..
I always liked Virgin Atlantic -- when I worked at IBM and had to fly to the UK often..
Sat next to Olivia Newton John on one fight back to LA -
I HIGHLY recommend flying Virgin Atlantic - -while no airline is perfect and things can and will go wrong, they DO EVERYTHING to prevent it. I have sent letters to Mr. Branson and his exec. administrative assistant some years back, I think her name was Julie, never got an answer but some day I want to thank this man himself and work for him!!! My wife has a crush on him but I allow this because he's that good.
FLY THIS airline, anything else is nothing short of a self-inflicted wound as far as air travel goes.
I really love these guys - the staff/team - AWESOME. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!
