Great Virgin Experience
Just wanted to share with you my unique travel experience on your airline..I was flying my Dad and his new caregiver back to NY from LA and in the waiting area the Captain from the plane came out and greeted us and shook our hands. At first I thought it was just because we were a little early or that we sitting in the disabled section with my Dad's walker...then I realized that he went and greeted every traveler in the lobby awaiting our flight!!
Your planes were wonderful and your prices were even better!! I have been traveling American for the last 30 yrs and now hope to get my frequent flyer miles on your airline. The trip was fantastic and not being used to flying coach I was quite impressed...As a nurse I feel I give back to my community in many ways..as an airline that is fairly new to us you are amazing and greatly appreciated...Keep up the great work.
