Great Service
I have had the pleasure of flying Virgin America twice from/to Las Vegas to San Fransisco. What a wonderful airline it is; the difference between Virgin and other domestic airlines is night and day! This particular e-mail is to compliment Brian Goodwin a airline steward with your airline. I was maybe a quarter of the way on the plane when he approached me and offered to help with my luggage! I almost fainted, I can't recall the last time a steward offered to help with anything. He continued to be kind and helpful the entire flight. If flying can be enjoyable anymore, it is on Virgin. Although all the staff has been friendly, Brian's service and kindness was exceptional and I believe noteworthy.
Thank you for running such a great company and please expand to other cities. If I never flew another airline other than Virgin I would be a happy traveler.
