Flying is fun again
This is the second time in a year that we have flown to SF from JFK.As someone who flys fairly often,my expectations were very low. Well I LOVE your airline. Coming back we upgraded(it was a little confusing about why it cost $100 before boarding and $75 when on the plane but no big deal).I love the extra room, Red and that ghastly food carts are not lurching down the aisle. Marko was especially friendly. The whole experience was extremely civilized. I almost felt that I should be wearing a hat and white gloves. Many Thanks, Averil Smith
