Essential Guide to making standby flight
Wanted to give a shout-out to one of your gate agents in LAX; her name is Precious, and she is quite aptly named! Without her very kind and efficient assistance, I would not have been able to get on this standby flight today. Thank you Virgin America, and thank you Precious, for making air travel a more pleasant experience.
